This Red Eye trip to New York City will depart at 8pm on Friday 12/6/2024 from Sam's Club at Southridge for the Charleston bus and Sam's Club Beckley for the Beckley bus. We will also pick up at the Clarksburg Sam’s club. We will arrive in NYC early Saturday morning 12/7/2024. You will have two options for drop off that morning: Battery Park (near Statue of Liberty) or Times Square. Buses will pick up in Times Square at 11pm Saturday night to arrive back in WV Sunday 12/8/2024.

PLEASE NOTE: Red eye trips do not allow for an overnight hotel stay.

Total Cost: $200 Per Person

*After a successful test run in December 2022 of bypassing the travel plaza stop, we will again offer each group the option of reserving one hotel room at a Marriott property outside the city for our “freshen up stop”. This will allow us to avoid the travel plaza crowding issue and reduce that stop time. You will find this option under the payment option dropdown menu as “Quick Change Hotel Option”. Rate per room of $115 total is per group, not per person*

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your seat and full balance is due 45 days out from departure on 10/20/2024.

Seating preference can be requested but not guaranteed. Seating assignments will be given once full balance is paid by all members of the group.

*Refunds are only given if seat can be resold. At that time, the total amount paid minus the $75 deposit would be sent back to you.

*If an overnight hotel stay is required, weather related or otherwise, you will be responsible for your hotel fees.

*No Alcohol or Smoking/Vaping (of any substance) are permitted on the bus.
